I have been autistic my whole life however, I was late diagnosed at the age of 31.

Since being diagnosed 5 years ago, I have been researching, learning and creating a life more suited to my needs.

Late diagnosis comes with no professional support. Since becoming an advocate I now specialise in helping other late diagnosed autistic people navigate their diagnosis and help them to access support I myself did not know existed.
