When you just can't recognize how you feel
I have a co morbidity with being autistic called Alexithmyia. What this means is I do not recognise how I feel at any moment and sometimes this can be very difficult for me to manage or express.
I have explored this in therapy and below are two resources you can download for free.
I use these resources with my manager at work for meetings where we are tackling issues where my environment may not be quite right or where I have had sick leave.
This resource actually proves invaluable to me at work because my manager will try and redirect any negative feelings to positive ones and it allows my manager to also understand how I am feeling also.
I also use it on a personal level if I don't feel myself to make my feelings more visual to try and understand them better so I am able to help myself.
